What a Week!

Monday - set up for the Quilt Group Christmas party.  Party that night was great, followed by taking it all down!  It all ended up in my minivan.

Tuesday - Massage and chiropractor appointments helped my hurting back.  But didn't get shopping done for my Christmas Mother children.  Evening set up for Christmas Mother.

Wednesday - led worship service on the 2nd candle of advent at the Masonic Home.  The topic was love and used Zephaniah 3:17, one of my favorite verses.  God saves, God loves and delights and rejoices and sings over us.  Amazing.  It is probably my last service at MAHOVA.  I start at Our Lady of Hope next week.  It is hard to start over again even though it will be good. My first paid position as a chaplain.

Wednesday continued by joining Tamarah and girls for lunch at Chick-Fil-A, shopping at Target for my Christmas Mother boys and Sweet Frog.  Then I went to Walmart to finish shopping.  Exhausting.  Then to Christmas Mother set-up and hoping that all the money I spent will make two boys happy.  When I got home all I could do was get in the house and put my feet up. Doug finally realized how tired I was when I couldn't find my purse.  He emptied the van into the already destroyed house.  At least all the mess is centralized!

Thursday - Back and feet hurting.  Should go to Curves. Hoping to get house acceptable.  Tonight I take the girls to gymnastics so mommy can go to an Emergency Nurse Association meeting.  I think that is my only obligation, so free until 4 or 4:30.  Worried about my computer.  It is running really sluggishly and I am sure it needs the hands of a professional.

I am hoping to go to Florida Christmas week. Just checked airline tickets and they are crazy so I think we might drive down.  We only have a week - well that is my choice.  I am supposed to shadow Alice for five days.  I think I will set those up to allow my a bit more time in FL.  It will all work out.

Now to tackle my living room and try to create a beautiful and serenely festive space out the disaster that is there now!
