Yesterday I spent the day moving furniture around tyring to improve the functionality of some spaces and make others more serene and beautiful. It was a good day. I was tired and my back hurt at the end of it, but I love the results! Not quite done but definitely a good start.
I have decided to combine the office and sewing space. It is a lovely room, well lit with large windows looking to the front of the house. There are always birds scuttling around in the shrubs and even pecking on the glass occasionally. It will be a good place to sew.
I discovered that having the desktop computer up and running while in the room, was a nice bonus as I could check Facebook easily and use it to play Pandora. I could probably stream Netflix, but I haven't tried that yet!
Now to off-load some furniture to the antique shop. I just have more than this house will hold. I am sure that I need to remove some of the glass etc as well, but haven't even started that process.
Short post - off to hairdresser and other appointments.
